Le jeu de Jean et Alice

The "Jeu de Jean et Alice" is an historic outdoor reconstruction created in Wavre in the 1950s. She evokes, through numerous paintings, the birth in 1222 of the Charter of Communal Freedoms and Franchises. More than 300 local and professional amateur artists, whether they are actors, singers, musicians or dancers, take part every five years in this show, which is now part of the city's traditions.

On the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the Charter, the show offers a cure for youth.
His directing was entrusted to Luc Petit and was dressed in a video mapping created by Glitch prod.

The video mapping had for projection canvas a structure of more than 20 meters high designed for the occasion. The mapping allows to evoke different times in the city of Wavre but also to make the artists travel from one environment to another.
